About us
The predecessor to CheFauve, clothing brand/merchandise line Feline Fauve, was founded in 2018. After several successful years, a change in supplier led to a long period of inactivity. Following a re-branding, CheFauve emerged, born from a passion for equestrian sports and a desire to create rider wear that is both functional and stylish. The idea arose during many hours in the arena, where the need for practical, high-quality, and fashionable clothing became increasingly clear.
The founder, an ambitious amateur rider with years of collaborations with other fine clothing brands, combined these insights of what she appreciated in certain products and what she consistently encountered. Thanks to this unique blend of knowledge and experience, a first collection was created: practical and technical garments that support riders in their daily interactions with horses.
With her own stable and close collaboration with other riders, every CheFauve creation is meticulously tested before going into production. This attention to detail and dedication to quality form the core of the brand.
Our team
Chefauve originated from a dream: to create a clothing brand that truly suits equestrians. Our founder, Feline Fauve de Jonge, started a merchandise line called FelineHoi years ago. What began as a passion project grew into an ambition to build a genuine clothing brand. After a few intermediate steps – first under the name Feline Fauve and later FelineHoi again – Chefauve finally found its own identity: a brand that creates timeless favorites for equestrians who want the best for their horses.
At CheFauve, everything revolves around collaboration and passion, and this is reflected in our team:
- Anne is our creative force behind marketing and website management. She ensures everything runs smoothly and that CheFauve is always visible and accessible.
- Nouk, our photographer and copywriter, brings the world of CheFauve to life with beautiful images and inspiring texts.
Additionally, we are building a strong team of ambassadors. Maartje Siemons, along with her horses Harly and Nova, has been a familiar face for CheFauve since its earlier collections. In the coming months, we will be testing new sponsored riders to determine who will further strengthen the ambassador team.
With this team, we are building a brand every day that not only inspires equestrians but also delivers products you'll want to wear again and again. Together, we elevate the passion for horses and equestrian sports to a higher level!
